Terms & Conditions

For all inquiries regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings, please direct your correspondence to Janu Private Tours.

BOOKING

Once you have booked your trip with Janu Private Tours, a contract is established between us. This occurs when we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the required deposit from you.

PAYMENT

To secure your booking with Janu Private Tours, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed for the agreed-upon services. We kindly ask for this deposit to be made at the time of booking.

BALANCE AMOUNT:

The balance payment must be made 15 days before the start of services. For bookings made within 15 working days of the service date, full and final payment is required at the time of booking as it will be considered a late booking. It is important to make timely payments for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Note:

Furthermore, for reservations of exclusive train trips or hotel/resort stays during peak seasons like Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc., full payment is necessary at the time of booking. This ensures that your spot is secured and allows us to provide you with a seamless experience during these busy periods.

While a 25% advance payment is typically required to confirm your bookings, there may be instances where an additional amount needs to be paid before the final balance payment date. This will depend on the contractor or supplier's specific payment deadline and when it applies.

PAYMENT METHODS:

For our international clients, we offer various payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient transaction. They can choose from the following options:

  • We accept credit card payments via our online system (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club).
  • Payment can be made by online debit card (Master / Visa / Maestro).
  • Pay by bank transfer / telex to our bank account.

Note:

When making a payment with a credit or debit card, please note that an additional 3% bank charge will be applied on top of the total amount.

It is important for all payments to be free from any withholding tax and deductions. Any bank charges for remittance, whether by the remitting bank or intermediary bank, will be solely paid by the payer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

It is important to note that no employee or agent of Janu Private Tours will ever ask for sensitive information such as your card number, CVV, net banking login credentials, password, OTP etc. Additionally, they will not request you to transfer funds to a personal account or download third-party apps like Any Desk or TeamViewer.
