As a forest reserve, the park was created to protect the endangered Asiatic Lion. Established in 1965, it is now a habitat for exotic species of wild animals and birds, which you can witness by taking a Jeep Safari Ride there. Day 1: Ahmedabad to Sasan Gir – Journey into the Wild Begins

Welcome to Ahmedabad! Upon your early morning arrival, begin your scenic drive towards Sasan Gir, home to India’s most iconic wildlife sanctuary. After reaching Gir, check in at your pre-booked jungle resort and relax amidst the tranquil surroundings.

Later, enjoy a delicious lunch at the resort before spending the rest of the day at leisure or exploring the nearby nature trails.

Day 2: Explore Gir National Park – Safari Adventure Day

After a hearty breakfast at the resort, gear up for an unforgettable wildlife safari inside Gir National Park. Witness the untamed beauty of Gujarat’s dry deciduous forests, rugged hills, open grasslands, and riverine zones.

Return to the resort for a delicious lunch, followed by some rest. In the afternoon, head back into the jungle for another exciting round of Jeep Safari, organized in different time slots throughout the day. Your experienced naturalist guide will help you spot and understand the park's diverse flora and fauna.

A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.

Dress code is smart casual. Please be advised that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended in the temples.
A moderate amount of walking is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes.

50 % cancellation will be charged on cancellation within last 30 days.
