Hotel Pickup & Drive to Osian

Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Jodhpur, where you’ll meet your friendly driver and guide. Set off on a scenic drive of about 68 kilometers (roughly 1.5 hours) through the rustic landscapes of Rajasthan, heading toward Osian — a desert town often referred to as the “Khajuraho of Rajasthan” for its intricately carved temples and rich heritage.

Explore the ancient temples of Osian, a remarkable complex of 16 Brahmanic and Jain shrines that date back to the 8th–12th centuries. As you wander through the site, admire the stunning architecture, intricate stone carvings, and beautifully sculpted figures that showcase Rajasthan’s rich artistic heritage. Don’t miss the grand Sachchiya Mata Temple and the revered Mahavir Jain Temple, the two most prominent and celebrated landmarks of Osian.

Dress code is smart casual. Please be advised that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended in the temples.
A moderate amount of walking is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes.
