Tour Plan

Day 01: Arrival in Kochi – The Colonial Charm of Cochin

Your magical Kerala journey begins with a warm welcome at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station. From the very first step, you’ll feel the charm of Kerala’s blend of history and modernity. After a comfortable hotel transfer and some time to refresh, set out for a half-day city tour of Kochi.

Start at the enchanting Fort Kochi, where old-world Portuguese, Dutch, and British influences are still alive in every corner. Watch the Chinese Fishing Nets sway gracefully against the Arabian Sea – a sight unique to Kerala. Explore the Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace), famous for its exquisite murals, followed by the Jewish Synagogue, a heritage landmark with centuries of culture woven into its walls.

Step inside St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and end your day with a peaceful stroll along Marine Drive, watching the sun sink into the horizon. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay, ready for the adventures ahead.

Day 02: Kochi to Munnar – A Journey into the Hills

After breakfast, your Kerala tour takes you from coastal plains to misty mountains as you drive to Munnar, Kerala’s most loved hill station. The road winds through lush greenery, tea gardens, and waterfalls. On the way, pause to admire the gushing Cheeyappara Waterfalls and the silvery cascade of Valara Waterfalls. From Karadippara Viewpoint, soak in breathtaking vistas of valleys and rolling hills.

You may also stop by a spice plantation to breathe in the fresh aroma of cardamom, pepper, and vanilla. By evening, you’ll arrive in Munnar and check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the evening exploring the little town or relaxing amidst the cool mountain breeze.
