The Gujarat Cultural and wildlife Tour is a captivating journey that beautifully blends spirituality, history, wildlife, and cultural heritage, offering travellers an immersive experience of this vibrant western state of India. Beginning in Ahmedabad, the tour takes you to the sacred town of Dwarka, one of the revered Char Dham pilgrimage sites, and then onwards to Somnath, home to the legendary Somnath Temple standing tall on the Arabian Sea coast. From there, the journey continues to Gir National Park, the last abode of the Asiatic lions, followed by Junagadh, where history and architecture echo tales of bygone eras. The tour also includes a visit to Palitana, the world-renowned Jain pilgrimage centre with its magnificent cluster of marble temples atop Shatrunjaya Hill. Throughout the trip, you will witness Gujarat’s rich traditions, architectural marvels, diverse landscapes, and spiritual essence, making it an unforgettable experience that perfectly showcases the glory of Gujarat.

Day 1: Ahmedabad to Dwarka

Depart from Ahmedabad in the morning and journey toward Dwarka, one of Hinduism’s Char Dhams. En route, enjoy glimpses of rural Gujarat’s pastoral landscapes. Upon arrival, visit the revered Dwarkadhish Temple and witness the mesmerizing Sandhya Aarti by the sea. Overnight stay in Dwarka.

Day 2: Dwarka to Somnath

After breakfast, head south toward Somnath via Porbandar—Mahatma Gandhi’s birthplace to see the iconic Kirti Mandir. Arrive in Somnath in time for the evening aarti at this legendary Jyotirlinga shrine. Stay overnight in Somnath.

Day 3: Somnath to Gir National Park

Explore Somnath’s spiritual landmarks, such as Bhalka Tirth and the tranquil Triveni Sangam, before driving to Gir National Park. Embark on an evening jungle safari to spot Asiatic lions and other local wildlife. Overnight in Gir.

Day 4: Gir to Junagadh

Enjoy a morning safari in the Gir wilderness before traveling to Junagadh. Here, visit the ancient Ashokan Rock Edicts, and discover the city’s eclectic heritage reflecting Buddhist, Jain, and Islamic influences. Optional ride on the Girnar Ropeway for panoramic views of the sacred hilltop temples. Overnight in Junagadh.

Day 5: Junagadh to Palitana

Depart from Junagadh and drive toward the spiritual city of Palitana, revered for its marble Jain temples perched on the Shatrunjaya Hill. Arrive by evening and settle in, ready to explore the next day.

Day 6: Palitana Temple Exploration

Rising early, ascend the Shatrunjaya Hills to explore more than 900 exquisite marble Jain temples—considered one of India’s most significant pilgrimage sites. Return to the base to rest and reflect on your spiritual journey. Overnight in Palitana.

Day 7: Palitana to Lothal and back to Ahmedabad

Begin your return to Ahmedabad with a stop at Lothal, a prominent metropolis of the ancient Indus Valley Civilisation, known for its dockyard and bead-making workshops. Continue to Ahmedabad to check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Departure from Ahmedabad

Following breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning or a final shopping stroll before the tour concludes with your transfer to Ahmedabad’s airport or railway station.

  • A current and valid passport is required on the day of travel.
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
  • The dress code is smart casual. Please note that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended when visiting temples.
  • A moderate amount of walking is involved. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
  • Most travelers can participate; however, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

  • The tour will be confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
  • Any hotel or package booking will remain tentative until the required advance payment has been received and the booking is confirmed on a guaranteed basis.
  • A 15% transaction fee will be charged for cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply to cancellations made within the last 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply in case of a No Show.

  • In the event of an increase in the cost of hotels, airfare, transportation, government taxes, fuel, or other applicable charges, the additional cost will be payable by the traveler.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay, PayPal, and Credit Cards. Applicable transaction charges and GST will be charged as per the prevailing policies and government regulations.
  • After the tour or service cost has been finalized, any increase in monument or museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India or the Rajasthan State Government will be charged additionally.
  • The cost of travel insurance, personal insurance, medical emergencies, and any other personal expenses will be borne by the traveler.

Please note that after the tour or service cost has been finalized, any increase in monument or museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India or the Rajasthan State Government will be charged additionally.
