Shabbir, or Janu as affectionately called by all his happy customers, grew up in Jaipur, facing challenges most people can hardly imagine.
As the eldest child of the family, he had to quit school and support his family while his father struggled with addiction.
At the age of 12, he stepped into the tourism industry as a tuk-tuk driver. He worked 18–19 hours a day and faced multiple challenges, but never gave up. Slowly, with determination and perseverance, he turned his means of survival into his biggest dream and everything Janu Private Tours is today—one of India’s premier travel companies.
Janu dedicates all his success to his previous clients, who not only supported him but also became his teachers, mentors, and friends who inspired him to believe in his dreams beyond his circumstances.
