Best time to Visit Rajasthan

The best time to visit Rajasthan is from October to March as days are sunny, not too humid, with cooler nights. The desert influences start doing their damndest in April, May and June when temps soar, although this brings tigers out in search of water, so great for safaris. Monsoon is July to September when even Ranthambore NP closes. October-November is festival time, with Diwali, the Pushkar and Nagaur Camel Fairs. Or March, when Holi brings its famous colour throwing fests.

Additional Information

• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Dress code is smart casual. Please be advised that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended in the temples.
• A moderate amount of walking is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes.
• No heart problems or other severe medical conditions, most travellers can participate.

Terms and Conditions

1. The tour will be booked only after receiving 50% advance payment; the additional payment will be cleared before the tour commencement.
2. Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis.
3. A transaction fee 15% will be charged if the cancellation is made within 45 days or more than 30 days from the scheduled booking.
4. 50 % cancellation will be charged on cancellation within the last 30 days
5. 100% cancellation will be charged on NO SHOW.

8. In case of any increase in the cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, or Govt. Tax, fuel, etc., we are bound to augment the same.
9. We accept payments through RazorPay, PayPal, Credit Cards. Charges as applicable as per policies, GST as per Govt norms.
10. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of Monuments/Museums, Taxes, Fuel cost, or Guide charges by the Govt. of India and the Rajasthan State Government, the same would be charged as extra.
11. Policies of Travel Insurance, Self Insurance, Medical Emergency, or others will be borne by Traveller Self.

Trip Confirmation

This trip requires a minimum number of Person to register in order for it to be confirmed. Once the trip reaches the minimum participant number, you will receive a trip confirmation email and a link to be added a private WhatsApp group just for trip guests. In this group further trip details will be provided along with pre-travel support. 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking, but may be transferable if done so within the timeframe outlined in the Terms of Service. 

Once a trip has been confirmed (no matter the booking or trip timeline), the deposit is both non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure you are purchasing adequate travel insurance at the time of booking to ensure you are covered in case you need to cancel.

Please note: some of our trips have a non-refundable fee that will be stated in the trip description. Please make sure to refer to the full Terms of Service to make sure you understand fully the Cancellation Policy of each trip.

For India once the trip is confirmed, the leopard safari permit and the hot air balloon are both non refundable and non transferable activities.

Travel insurance

Travel (and medical) insurance is required for anyone traveling on a Women Who Explore adventure. Your insurance should include adequate protection for overseas medical treatment, evacuation/repatriation, your baggage and equipment and the specific activities involved on your adventure. Your insurance policy should also include specific Covid-19 cover, including cancellation and curtailment cover if you or a close relative are diagnosed with Covid-19.

If you purchase a Travel Select plan within 15 days of your initial trip deposit made (and insure your full trip cost), you would have two added eligible benefits for no additional premium: financial default and the pre-existing conditions waiver.
