Day 1: Arrival in Kochi – Welcome to God’s Own Country

Upon arrival at Kochi International Airport or railway station, a friendly tour representative will escort you to your hotel. After check-in and a short rest, set out to explore the historic precincts of Fort Kochi, known for its Portuguese, Dutch, and British architectural influences.

Highlights include the Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace) with its exquisite murals, the ancient Paradesi Synagogue in Jew Town, and the Chinese Fishing Nets swaying along the shoreline.

Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing – Waterfalls, Lakes & Rare Wildlife

Today, immerse yourself in Munnar’s natural wonders. After breakfast, begin with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and the rare, seasonal Neelakurinji flowers.

Next, head to Mattupetty Dam for boating, followed by a trip to Echo Point, known for its natural acoustic phenomenon. Continue to Kundala Lake, a serene spot for Shikara rides amidst cherry blossom trees, and end your day at Top Station, where panoramic views of the Western Ghats await.

Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady – Wildlife and Spice Country

Depart from Munnar after breakfast and journey to Thekkady, a lush region famous for its spice plantations and wildlife.

After checking in at your resort or eco-lodge, set out to explore the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may choose an optional boat cruise on Periyar Lake, offering glimpses of elephants, deer, and exotic birds.

  • The dress code is smart casual. Please note that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended when visiting temples.
  • A moderate amount of walking is involved. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
  • Most travelers can participate; however, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

  • Any hotel or package booking will remain tentative until the required advance payment has been received and the booking is confirmed on a guaranteed basis.
  • A 15% transaction fee will be charged for cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply to cancellations made within the last 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply in case of a No Show.

  • After the tour or service cost has been finalized, any increase in monument or museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India or the Rajasthan State Government will be charged additionally.
  • The cost of travel insurance, personal insurance, medical emergencies, and any other personal expenses will be borne by the traveler.
