Day 1: Arrival in Kochi

Your 7-day Kerala journey begins with a warm welcome at Cochin International Airport, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kochi. Spend the evening soaking in the charm of this picturesque port city: stroll along the waterfront, savour authentic Kerala cuisine, or simply relax after your journey.

Day 2: Kochi Sightseeing – A Journey Through Colonial Heritage

After breakfast, set out on a guided tour of Kochi, a city where history and modernity meet. Explore Fort Kochi, known for its Portuguese and Dutch influences, narrow lanes, and colonial-era houses. Visit the Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace) with its exquisite murals, and the Paradesi Synagogue, one of the oldest in the Commonwealth. Wander through Jew Town, filled with antique shops and spice markets.

Admire the Santa Cruz Basilica and its stunning architecture, and step into St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. End the day at the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets along the Fort Kochi shoreline, a postcard-perfect scene at sunset.

Day 3: Kochi to Kumarakom – Backwater Bliss and Bird Watching

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, a serene village on the banks of Vembanad Lake, and check in to your backwater resort. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon soaking in Kerala’s countryside charm. Later, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, home to herons, darters, kingfishers, and seasonal migratory birds, a delight for bird watchers.

Day 5: Alleppey to Kovalam – Beachside Bliss

Wake to the calm of the backwaters and enjoy breakfast on board before disembarking. Drive south to Kovalam, one of Kerala’s most celebrated beach destinations, and check in to your seaside hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure: sunbathe on the golden sands, stroll along the crescent-shaped beaches, or take a refreshing swim. End the day with a mesmerising sunset at Lighthouse Beach.

Day 6: Kovalam – Day Excursion to Trivandrum

Set out on a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), the capital of Kerala. See the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of India’s richest and most revered temples, renowned for its towering gopuram and intricate architecture (entry inside is for Hindus only, with a strict dress code).

Explore the Napier Museum, a 19th-century marvel showcasing Kerala’s cultural heritage, and the Sree Chitra Art Gallery, home to works by the renowned artist Raja Ravi Varma. Return to Kovalam and spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps with a soothing Ayurvedic massage at one of Kovalam’s traditional wellness centres.

Day 7: Departure from Trivandrum – Farewell Kerala

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Trivandrum International Airport, just 30 minutes away, for your onward journey. Carry home not just souvenirs but cherished memories of serene backwaters, golden beaches, and Kerala’s warm hospitality.

  • A current and valid passport is required on the day of travel.
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
  • The dress code is smart casual. Please note that shorts or sleeveless tops are not recommended when visiting temples.
  • A moderate amount of walking is involved. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
  • Most travelers can participate; however, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

  • The tour will be confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
  • Any hotel or package booking will remain tentative until the required advance payment has been received and the booking is confirmed on a guaranteed basis.
  • A 15% transaction fee will be charged for cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply to cancellations made within the last 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply in case of a No Show.

  • In the event of an increase in the cost of hotels, airfare, transportation, government taxes, fuel, or other applicable charges, the additional cost will be payable by the traveler.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay, PayPal, and Credit Cards. Applicable transaction charges and GST will be charged as per the prevailing policies and government regulations.
  • After the tour or service cost has been finalized, any increase in monument or museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India or the Rajasthan State Government will be charged additionally.
  • The cost of travel insurance, personal insurance, medical emergencies, and any other personal expenses will be borne by the traveler.
